(4) Severe systemic infection with sepsis or focal infection in the skin and subcutaneous tissue at the puncture site or spinal tuberculosis.

(5) Open traumatic brain injury or infected cerebrospinal fluid leakage.

  (6) Patients with blood system diseases who suffer from coagulation disorders or use anticoagulants with obvious bleeding tendency and platelet resistance below 50,000/mm3.

(7) Those who are restless, unable to cooperate or have unstable vital signs.
