After the anesthesia is applied, it is inserted, and the thimble is pushed back while withdrawing, so that the catgut is kept in the body. The second is a special threading needle, which was bought at the Beijing College of Traditional Chinese Medicine at that time. It was like a needle for holding the sole of a shoe. The catgut was hung on it, threaded into the body, the needle was withdrawn, and the thread was left naturally.
